Amazon Care Launch Support
Challenge
As Amazon began to role out its healthcare brand, Amazon Care, the team needed design support for a variety of print and digital assets during their open enrollment period and beyond.
Solution
Provide the Amazon Care team with a library of both print and digital assets to help promote the new brand, and lay the groundwork for the brand’s future marketing materials.

Open Enrollment Postcards
These postcards would be sent out to employees ahead of the open enrollment period. They drive to both the Amazon Care website and the App Store.
Event Collateral
The Amazon Care team needed digital and instructional print signage made for an upcoming New Hire Fair and Care Rocks rock painting event. This was based off of the Kindness Rocks Project.
The final task was building out a library of email designs, templates, and modules within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the Amazon Care team to use as they launched their new brand.
